In recent months Global Crossing has accomplished some significant customer wins that illustrate how we are meeting the complex and unique needs of very specific enterprise market segments, such as the government and rail sectors. For instance, our contract with OGCbuying.solutions as the main contractor providing Managed Telecoms Services (Mts) has been extended to December 2011. Under the extension Global Crossing continues to provide managed telephony and data networks services to 100,000 users over 90 government departments. As part of this extension we will be rolling out major product initiatives that include hosted IP- and presence-based services. These services are part of a broader unified communications offer, which will include IP-based collaboration and messaging solutions, and were designed to meet specific needs of the government sector.

We have also signed a five-year contract with our partner VC-Net to build a 40-site MPLS-based network with application performance management for one of their customers, the largest independently-owned regional media group in the UK. This is a replica of what we have been successfully providing to the government space for many years and we are very excited to be able to offer these managed offerings to the commercial sector.

Furthermore, consistent with the global product development roadmap, we have expanded our VoIP local services offering in six more countries in Europe and enhanced the UK offering by adding emergency calling services and local number portability -- making us compliant in advance of OFCOM's new regulations for VoIP service providers. The new local number portability capability allows our wholesale customers to scale very quickly and efficiently. To read more about this offer, turn to our Product News section.

Finally, our parent, Global Crossing has undertaken organizational initiatives to improve business efficiencies, to create scale and to give more autonomy to the larger regions of the world, including the UK and EMEA. At the same time, we are reshaping our resources to better meet your current and future business needs and we are leveraging some of the key organisational changes made at the global level to benefit you within this region.
