Global Crossing to Participate in Citigroup's 18th Annual Global Entertainment, Media & Telecommunications Conference

Florham Park, N.J. - December 20, 2007 -- Global Crossing (NASDAQ: GLBC), a leading global IP solutions provider, today announced that CEO John Legere and CFO Jean Mandeville will participate in Citigroup's 18th Annual Global Entertainment, Media & Telecommunications (EMT) Conference. Messrs. Legere and Mandeville will present on January 8, 2008 at 1:50 p.m. PST. The session will be streamed live on Global Crossing's Web site at investors.globalcrossing.com/events.cfm.

This invitation-only Citi Institutional Equity event will take place January 8 - 10 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa located at 2400 East Missouri Avenue in Phoenix.
