Lotus Interworks Blooms With Global Crossing's Converged IP Solutions

Company Begins to Transition its TDM Voice Network to VoIP.

Florham Park, N.J. - December 12, 2007 -- Global Crossing (NASDAQ: GLBC), a leading global IP solutions provider, today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide Lotus Interworks with Voice over IP (VoIP), Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and Converged IP services, as well as audio and Web conferencing solutions that the company will offer to its small business customers under its own brand. Lotus Interworks is a growing technology company that leverages VoIP, 3G wireless and XML to enable a variety of solutions for enterprises, including conferencing services, managed converged telecommunications services, product development services, and software development.
