ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION
The first user to sign up for the account is the administrator. An account can have an unlimited number of individual Global Crossing uCommand users, but only one administrator.
Administrators can:
- Add new users
- Change user passwords
- Reset user passwords
- View list of account user IDs (Active and Inactive)
- Maintain administrator and non-administrator user profiles
INVOICE SERVICES
Get invoice information faster online:
- View or print invoices
- Search for specific text within an invoice
- View or print invoice summary information
- View or print invoice call detail
- Pay invoices online with a credit card
- Check your balance
- Obtain usage history
- View invoice options including accounting codes and PINs
