POWERMAIL (EMEA)

PowerMail combines voice, fax and e-mail, into a single and convenient interface for all your message retrieval needs. Download the PowerMail Users Guide and the PowerMail Prompt Card. Both are in PDF format.

POWERCALL ICC (EMEA)

Powercall provides non-geographic telephone numbers, giving your company national presence. ICC (Internet Customer Control) allows you to instantly change dial plan details online, e.g., in emergency situations.

GLOBALVIEW (EMEA)

GlobalView is Global Crossing's online tool for reporting on performance against SLAs. Generate and track service tickets, view statisticial data on service availability and performance, and view process documentation and your network diagrams.
