Meeting Manager for Microsoft® Windows® - MSI Installer
Meeting Center automatically downloads, installs, and configures Meeting Manager for Windows the first time you start or join a meeting. However, you may choose to download and run the Meeting Manager Installer before starting or joining a meeting. You must have administrator privileges on your computer to use this installer.

Meeting Manager for Mac® OS
Meeting Manager for Mac OS X is set up automatically the first time you start or join a meeting. The Installer for Mac OS X can be used to manually install or uninstall Meeting Manager for Mac OS X.

GSB
GSB (Global Site Backup) facility ensures that your meeting service continues even during a disaster. Additional benefits include full redundancy of your site for use during maintenance windows or other system outages. For more information, see the GSB FAQ.

Meeting Manager for Solaris™
The Meeting Manager for Solaris is automatically downloaded, installed, and configured the first time you start or join a meeting. Please see the FAQ for the specific system and browser requirements. Follow these steps to download and run the Solaris Meeting Manager Installer before starting or joining a meeting.

Option for presenters only: For maximum performance during application sharing and desktop sharing, presenters on Solaris who have a root password can install the WebEx XShare extension. Follow these instructions:

  1. Download the WebEx XShare installer for Solaris
  2. Open a terminal and type chmod +x wbxsetup-xshare.bin
  3. Type ./wbxsetup-xshare.bin and follow the on-screen instructions

Meeting Manager for Linux™
The Meeting Manager for Linux is automatically downloaded, installed, and configured the first time you start or join a meeting. Please see the FAQ for the specific system and browser requirements.

WebEx Recorder, Player, and Recording Editor
The WebEx Recorder is available inside a WebEx meeting. However, you can also use a standalone version of WebEx Recorder to record Windows applications and your computer's desktop offline that is, outside a WebEx meeting to create software demonstrations, training, and so on. Using WebEx Recording Editor, you can add, delete, or rearrange recorded data in a recording. To download standalone versions of both WebEx Recorder and WebEx Player, go to the Recording and Playback page.

WebEx Universal Communications Toolkit (2.1)
WebEx Universal Communications Toolkit 2.1 is an add-in program for Microsoft PowerPoint that allows you to create multimedia slides that you can share during a meeting. Using the toolkit, you can insert multimedia-including WebEx Recorded Files (.wrf), audio or video files, Flash animations and web pages into PowerPoint slides, then save the slides as a WebEx Universal Communications Format (.ucf) file. During a meeting, you can share this file to display the multimedia effects.
