Assign the four-digit Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) you want to power dial; include up to 100 of your most frequently dialed domestic and international phone numbers. Update these private PINs as needed by calling your local representative or Global Crossing Service (certain PIN restrictions apply). You can update your PINs online at uCommand®.

Dial Tone PIN
Special PIN that allows user to get to reach non-programmed phone numbers.

The Dial Tone PIN is a four-digit PIN that allows you to gain access to a phone number you do not currently have programmed. Once at the prompt, you can dial a domestic or international (if allowed) number that is not pre-programmed to one of the four-digit, pre-assigned PINs.

Flexible Call Routing

Special Feature PINs

These Special Feature PINs give you quick access to a variety of convenient services. You can use the features by either dialing or speaking the four-digit PIN, or speaking the phrase in quotes.

Feature PINs Features

Speech Recognition
Speak your digits, hands free.

Speech recognition allows you to place calls hands free. Any English-speaking caller can speak the digits 1-9, the words "yes," "no," "oh" (as a substitute for "zero"), and phrases for Global Crossing SpeedLink's special features. Speak the phrase as printed in the quotes or say each digit individually. The flexible call routing PIN 3539 must be spoken as "three, five, three, nine," not as "thirty-five thirty-nine" and not as "three thousand five-hundred thirty-nine". Only digits or phrases in the Special Features Phrase Table are recognized, for example "3539" ("three, five, three, nine") or "Flexible Call Routing" will connect the call; "FLEX" will not.
