Anthony Christie
Chief Marketing Officer

Anthony Christie is Chief Marketing Officer for Level 3 Communications, responsible for worldwide Marketing and Product Management. He oversees the direction of segment and go-to-market strategy, product strategy, strategic pricing, product management, corporate marketing, competitive intelligence and coordination of the regional marketing organizations.
Previously, Mr. Christie was Chief Technology and Information Officer for Global Crossing, where he developed, implemented and operated a global technology and IT strategy. In this role, Mr. Christie led the Information Technology groups, Global Crossing's Customer Experience Re-Engineering (CER) team and initiatives, and the company's Global Business Process function.
Prior to this, Mr. Christie was Managing Director of Global Crossing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa responsible for sales, marketing and operations in the regions. He also previously served as Global Crossing's Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the marketing organization worldwide.
Prior to joining Global Crossing, Mr. Christie was Vice President of business development and strategic planning for Asia Global Crossing (AGC). Mr. Christie also held positions with AT&T Solutions, Asia Pacific International Operations Division and AT&T's international businesses, including product management, business and consumer marketing, carrier services and market development.
Mr. Christie holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in marketing with a concentration in computer science from Drexel University and a Master's degree from the University of New Haven. He was an AT&T Sloan Fellow and holds a Master's degree in management from M.I.T.
