Dan Wagner
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services

Dan Wagner brings a comprehensive background in information technology, operations and telecom to his role as executive vice president, enterprise services. He is responsible for growing Global Crossing's enterprise business, focusing on the sale of converged IP services to companies around the world.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Wagner served as Global Crossing's CIO. Under his leadership, Global Crossing was consistently recognized as an innovative and thought-leading IT organization across the industry and this tradition continues today. The company has been ranked five consecutive times in the InformationWeek 500 -- a prestigious list of 500 of the most innovative companies in the United States. In 2006, Global Crossing soared to be among the top five IT companies, ranking fourth on this list and number one among telecommunications providers.

Mr. Wagner has served in several additional roles at Global Crossing, including president of Global Crossing Europe and managing director of the UK, which gives him a truly global perspective to lead Global Crossing's enterprise services team as the company integrates UK-based Fibernet and Impsat in Latin America.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
